These crab cakes are made with the famous recipe that has them rated DC’s top crab cake by the Washington Post. 

Salmon Cake - $3.99/ea
Our fresh salmon is smoked in house and then turned into a delicious cake with little else added.

BlackSalt Fish Cake - $4.99/ea
Made with white fish such as cod and hake, these cakes are sautéed golden brown and make an incredible snack or dinner.

‘Old Bay’ Peel N Eat Shrimp - $24.99/lb
Made from our jumbo Wild Texas Gulf shrimp, these shrimp are spiced in the Bay tradition and are a local favorite.

Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp - $25.99/lb
We make our shrimp cocktail from the same Wild Texas shrimp that we sell on the stand.  There are no imports here, just the best quality shrimp and the difference is in the taste.

Thai Sweet Chili Grilled Shrimp - $22.99/lb
Made from our large Texas shrimp, these shrimp are wood grilled and seasoned with a unique spicy/sweet chili sauce.

Simply roasted red potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, and shallots.

Large heads of cauliflower simply prepared with olive oil and parsley.

Made from tuna belly smoked in house, this spread offers a unique mix of olives, peppers, and spices.

House Smoked Salmon Spread
We smoke our fresh Atlantic salmon as a base for this spread that also includes crème fraiche, capers, red onion, and fine herbs.

House Smoked Trout Salad
Fresh trout are smoked with a molasses glaze and then used to make this wonderful spread that balances smoke with the sweetness of cranberries.


Portuguese Fish Chowder
Chunks of market fish including hake, tilefish, and bass are spiced with chorizo in this tomato based chowder. 

Gulf Seafood Chowder
This cream based soup is flavored with crayfish, peppers, and onions and can warm the soul on any cold day.

New England Clam Chowder
